Lacrosse Skills & Conditioning - We build Lacrosse players
by posted 05/06/2019

Continuous Conditioning Sessions -

Lacrosse Skills & Conditioning: Tampa, FL

On May 13th, 2019 summer Lacrosse training begins for boys and girls in the Tampa area and concludes on January 10th, 2020.

Our objective is to begin vigorously training boys and girls that want to be high school and college varsity athletes.  There are two parts: Improving Skills and Continuous Conditioning; both are required for maximum effectiveness.

Improving Skills

Players and instructors work together improving the players’ motor, positioning and forward-thinking skills within each Lacrosse position: Attack, Midfielder, Defender and Goalie.

Correct habits are formed, and bad habits are corrected so that each player can advance to their highest level of play possible.

Improving Skills is one hour per week and can vary between six and ten weeks depending on each individual player.

Continuous Conditioning™

Continuous Conditioning dovetails well with Improving Skills to:

Solidify the skills learned so that each player can then focus on the nuances and the thinking game of Lacrosse.  A couple of things happen at this stage; the level of play increases rapidly, and the sport becomes even more fun.

Continuous Conditioning has two sessions available: Mon thru Fri, from 9:00 -11:00 am and/or 4:00 - 6:00 pm; players can attend as much as they want. **(School year hours are from 6:00-8:30pm)

Schedule a phone call with Coach Peck or by emailing him at  , or texting him at (443)995-9239
